This is the first step into management within our FastLane stores. This person does basic paperwork functions and learns various policies and company procedures from the Assistant Manager and Store Manager. They also help train new cashiers on our company’s procedures. Team Leaders generally work a different shift than the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to ensure management coverage for our customers and employees. Many Team Leaders have been promoted to Assistant Managers.

Assistant Managers generally work a different shift than the Store Manager to make sure that we have a manager on duty for our customers and employees. Many former Assistant Managers have been promoted to Store Managers.

Do you have a proven successful track record in management? This might be the job for you! The Manager In Training program is a three month-long series that pairs you up with a current Store Manager. During this time you job shadow them and are evaluated by the Area Manager on your progression. Upon successful completion of the training series, you will be given an opportunity to interview for any Store Manager position that we have open.
